♡ Apparel Exchanges:
- We are a small, independent business and can not offer an Amazon-like level of returns. We really wish we could, but we can not.
- Due to the nature of certain wearable items and appeal (i.e. earrings, hats, sweaters, blankets, fabric bags, etc) we cannot accept returns and exchanges on most items that can be worn. There is a hygienic and sanitary risk in accepting returned items that we cannot mitigate. That said, if you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please still reach out to us so we can do our best to make it right!
- If we made a size/item mistake, we will, of course, pay shipping both ways, but if the wrong size is ordered, you need to pay the return shipping to send back the wrong size, then when received, we will send the bill for shipping cost to send replacements.
- If a replacement size is not available, we will happily refund the purchase price. Please see below.
- If an item is returned for a refund, we will refund the item cost, not shipping.
