- We are a small, independent business and can not offer Amazon-like level of returns. We really wish we could, but we can not.
- Exchanges are accepted for any reason as long as the item is in original condition with sticker/labels on them and within 30 days of item receipt.
- If we made a size/item mistake, we will of course pay shipping both ways, but if the wrong size is ordered you need to pay the return shipping to send back the wrong size, then when received we will send the bill for shipping cost to send replacements.
- If replacement size is not available, we will happily refund purchase price, please see below.
- If an item is returned for a refund, we will refund item cost, not shipping.
