Wandering Star Babies Part 5!

 As I write this blog post there is only a few days left to my first crowdfunding project!  What an amazing ride! When I started I was concerned I wouldn't make my 5k funding goal. Clearly I was worried about nothing! You guys really want to adopt one of these cute little guys! I've had a lot of fun coming up with new stretch goals to keep rewarding my amazing friends for their trust in me! I'm so excited to start fulfilling this project in the coming months! 

Now for one final stretch goal! $45k!!! I'm setting this one a little further then the past goals so I can add in something extra special!  If we reach $45k every backer will receive an acrylic pin version of their Star Baby, matching the art used for the sticker! Backers of the Complete Set will receive all six Star Babies as Acrylic Pins!

If my math is correct, that is $39 dollars in extra value for all backers of a single Blind Box! It's even more for people backing the complete set!  I'm so excited about this

But now the work begins! Getting all the goodies together! I'll keep you guys informed in my newsletter of the progress of manufacturing each step of the way, starting now!

Progress Report:

Adoption Certificates - Received

Milk Carton Boxes - Ordered and shipped. Should arrive in about a week!

Star Baby Plushies - Order complete and shipping right now!  Ocean shipping is slow, so we're looking at about 30 to 40 days for them to arrive. See picture below!

Star Baby Stickers - Design for sticker sheet complete, design for individual Star Baby stickers complete.  I will be sending them to manufacturer soon. This is a relatively quick process that I do all the time, so I'm not worried about this stage! I am still working on the design for the circle of Star Babies sticker, I'll post pictures soon!

Star Baby Button - I'm working on the design for this button which will also be in the sticker.  Manufacturing only takes about two weeks, so I'm not worried about this one!

Phone Charms - Ordered!!!!

Phone Grips - I received my first set of phone grips from my original phone grip project and I'm happy with the results. I'll be placing an order for these as soon as I complete the design for the circle of Star Babies

Planet Person with Star Babies Sticker -  I'm working on the artwork for this sticker set, but as you know by now, I know how to make stickers! :) I don't anticipate any delays with this goal.

Matching Star Baby Acrylic Pin - The art work for this one is done and I already have a manufacturer for acrylic pins, so this will be an easy task to fulfill.  If we meet the $45k goal, I'll get this ordered immediately!

So as you can see there is a bit of work for us to do! But we've got time and we will continue to make progress on these extra goodies and keep you informed via my newsletter!
